Steps

  • Coat meat cubes in flour inside a freezer bag.
  • Brown the meat in oil in a large pan using small batches.
  • Fry chopped onion until browned.
  • Add carrots, leeks, turnip, honey, stock, and meat to the pan.
  • Cover and simmer on low heat for at least two hours.
  • Add potato chunks 20 minutes before serving.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
