6 fillets, 150g each, skinned

Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Season the salmon fillets and place them on a greased baking sheet.
  • Mash the cream cheese with the crushed garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon rind.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the top of the salmon fillets.
  • Combine the breadcrumbs, parmesan, and parsley in a bowl and season.
  • Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the cheese layer and dust with paprika.
  • Bake the salmon for 15 minutes until the fish is opaque pink.
  • Garnish with extra parsley and serve immediately.
