Steps

  • Simmer the stock, soy sauce, honey and lime juice in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add the shallot, chilli, pak choi, noodles and chicken to the pan.
  • Boil then simmer gently for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Pour into a bowl and garnish with fresh coriander.
