Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry onion and garlic for 3 to 4 minutes.
  • Add 125g of mushrooms and cook for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Pour in 150ml of white wine and 100ml of cream, season, and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Stir in the chopped tomatoes and combine the sauce with 200g of cooked tagliatelle.
  • Serve in a bowl garnished with fresh parsley and chives.
