Steps

  • Combine the sugar, 125ml water, and vanilla seeds in a pan over medium heat.
  • Heat until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat to cool.
  • Chill the syrup in the fridge until very cold.
  • Mix the watermelon juice and lime juice into the chilled syrup.
  • Pour the mixture into eight moulds and freeze until solid.
