Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Heat oil and butter in a pan and season the veal with salt and pepper.
  • Fry veal for 2 minutes per side until golden then bake for 5 minutes.
  • Remove veal from oven and let it rest on a warm plate.
  • Fry mushrooms and garlic in oil and butter for 5 minutes until browned.
  • Stir in mustard, cream, salt, and pepper and cook for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the chives just before serving.
  • Serve the veal on top of the creamy mushrooms with fresh herbs.
