Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Blend turkey, stuffing, egg, and flour in a food processor until combined.
  • Shape the mixture into five equal meatballs with floured hands.
  • Heat oil in an ovenproof pan and sear meatballs until browned.
  • Bake meatballs in the oven for five minutes until cooked through.
  • Melt butter and oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
  • Stir in curry powder for one minute to coat the onions.
  • Add double cream, stir until thick, and season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour the sauce over meatballs in a bowl and garnish with coriander.
