Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Blend turkey, stuffing, egg, and flour in a food processor until combined.
Shape the mixture into five equal meatballs with floured hands.
Heat oil in an ovenproof pan and sear meatballs until browned.
Bake meatballs in the oven for five minutes until cooked through.
Melt butter and oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Sauté onion and garlic until softened.
Stir in curry powder for one minute to coat the onions.
Add double cream, stir until thick, and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over meatballs in a bowl and garnish with coriander.
