Steps
Heat olive oil in a saucepan and fry the pepper and onion over medium heat for five minutes.
Add remaining sauce ingredients, simmer for ten minutes, and season with salt and pepper.
Heat butter and oil in a frying pan on high heat.
Season the tuna and fry for 2 to 4 minutes on each side until cooked to your preference.
Spoon the sauce onto a plate and top with the tuna steak.
