Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Roll the dough on a floured surface to a 3mm thickness.
  • Spread the tomato puree over the pastry and sprinkle with cheddar and basil.
  • Roll the pastry tightly and cut into 12 slices.
  • Place slices cut-side up on the tray and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
