Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 230°C.
  • Mix flour, salt, and olive oil in a bowl with enough warm water to form a soft dough.
  • Knead the dough briefly on a floured surface and roll it into a circle 0.5cm thick.
  • Place the dough on a non-stick baking sheet.
  • Combine the sauce ingredients in a bowl and spread over the dough, leaving a small border.
  • Sauté squash, garlic, and thyme in olive oil for 5-6 minutes until tender.
  • Season the squash and sprinkle it over the pizza base.
  • Bake the pizza for 10-12 minutes until the base is crisp.
  • Serve the pizza on a platter.
