Steps

  • Butter a small glass bowl and add the chopped fudge to the base.
  • Beat the sugar and 175g of butter in a separate bowl until light and fluffy.
  • Mix the powdered egg with a splash of water until smooth and combine with the butter mixture.
  • Stir in the flour, fizzy water, and 1 tablespoon of condensed milk.
  • Pour the batter over the fudge and microwave on high for six minutes.
  • Turn the pudding out onto a plate and drizzle with the remaining tablespoon of condensed milk.
