Steps

  • Butter a 1.2 litre heatproof bowl, dust with flour, and preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Mix the flours, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon together in a bowl.
  • Beat the oil, milk, and eggs in a separate jug.
  • Pour the wet ingredients onto the dry ingredients and stir to combine.
  • Fold in the apple cubes and toffee pieces.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared dish and bake for 50-60 minutes.
