Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Beat one egg in a bowl and mix with turkey mince, 30g breadcrumbs, and curry paste.
  • Divide the mixture into four equal portions and roll them into balls.
  • Beat the second egg and prepare separate plates for the flour and 60g breadcrumbs.
  • Dredge each ball in flour, dip in beaten egg, and coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
  • Place on a baking tray and bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden-brown.
