Steps

  • Blend 175g steak, garlic, chilli, sesame oil, coriander, and half an egg in a food processor.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stir in 100g sliced green beans and form the mixture into four patties with floured hands.
  • Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry patties for three minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  • Serve patties on coriander leaves and top with toasted sesame seeds.
