Steps

  • Heat oil in a frying pan and sauté onion and sweet potato for 3 minutes.
  • Add chicken, cardamom, bay leaves, and paprika to the pan.

  • Simmer for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked and sauce reduces by half.
  • Place the paste ingredients into a mini food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Spoon the paste over the stew and serve.
