Steps

  • Grease the inside of a small microwave-safe bowl with butter.
  • Blend the flour, polenta, sugar, 110g butter, eggs, and milk in a food processor until smooth.
  • Pour the honey into the base of the bowl and arrange orange slices on top.
  • Pour the polenta mixture over the oranges and cover the bowl with cling film.
  • Microwave on the highest setting for five minutes until cooked through.
