Steps

  • Place the hazelnuts in a food processor and blitz for 8 to 10 minutes until a glossy paste forms.
  • Scrape the hazelnut paste into a small saucepan.
  • Finely grate 10g of cacao from the block.
  • Add the grated cacao to the pan and warm gently while stirring until melted.
  • Transfer the spread to a bowl or store in a lidded jar in the fridge.
