Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Spray six ramekins with non-stick spray.
  • Divide the stuffing equally between the ramekins.
  • Crack one egg into each ramekin on top of the stuffing.
  • Add 15 ml of milk or cream to each ramekin and season with salt and pepper.
  • Place the ramekins in a deep baking tray and fill the tray halfway with boiling water.
  • Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until the eggs are set.
  • Serve warm with leftover ham if desired.
