Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • Remove tomato tops and scoop out seeds and core using a teaspoon.
  • Place tomatoes on a baking sheet, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with oil, and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Mix breadcrumbs, toasted almonds, parsley, garlic, and melted butter in a bowl.
  • Fill tomatoes with the stuffing mixture and drizzle with additional oil.
  • Return tomatoes to the oven for 5 minutes until the stuffing is heated through.
