Steps

  • Grease a 15cm heart-shaped mould lightly with butter.
  • Blend the Stilton in a food processor until creamy and smooth.
  • Fold the whipped cream into the blended Stilton in a mixing bowl.
  • Spoon the mixture into the mould, top with grapes, and chill for 10 minutes.
  • Turn the cheesecake out onto a plate and remove the mould.
  • Drizzle with honey and dust with icing sugar to serve.
