Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Remove skins from sausages, shape meat into three patties, and dust in flour.
  • Heat olive oil in an ovenproof pan and fry patties for 3 minutes per side.
  • Bake patties in the oven for 10 minutes until cooked through.
  • Remove patties and simmer soy sauce and honey in the same pan.
  • Toast chopped walnuts on a baking sheet in the oven for 3 minutes.
  • Steam greens in butter and 30ml water in a covered pan for 5 minutes.
  • Stir toasted walnuts into the cooked greens.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep saucepan for frying.
  • Soak onion rings in milk, coat in flour, and deep fry until crisp.
  • Serve patties over greens, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with onion rings.
