Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Remove skins from sausages, shape meat into three patties, and dust in flour.
Heat olive oil in an ovenproof pan and fry patties for 3 minutes per side.
Bake patties in the oven for 10 minutes until cooked through.
Remove patties and simmer soy sauce and honey in the same pan.
Toast chopped walnuts on a baking sheet in the oven for 3 minutes.
Steam greens in butter and 30ml water in a covered pan for 5 minutes.
Stir toasted walnuts into the cooked greens.
Heat vegetable oil in a deep saucepan for frying.
Soak onion rings in milk, coat in flour, and deep fry until crisp.
Serve patties over greens, drizzle with sauce, and garnish with onion rings.
