Steps

  • Place feta slices onto lamb steaks and wrap each tightly in two vine leaves.
  • Add hot water and fresh thyme to a wok, then place a steamer on top.
  • Place wrapped lamb in the steamer, cover, and steam for 10 minutes.
  • Stir the sauce ingredients together in a bowl until combined.
  • Serve steamed lamb over cooked rice and drizzle with the prepared spicy sauce.
