Steps

  • Fill the steamer base with water and bring to a boil.
  • Place the drained tofu on a heatproof plate inside the steamer.
  • Steam the tofu for 15 minutes.
  • Drain excess water and transfer the tofu to a serving plate.
  • Heat soy sauce, sesame oil, and oyster sauce in a small pan.
  • Pour the hot sauce over the tofu.
  • Garnish with chilli, spring onion, and coriander.
  • Serve immediately with steamed rice.
