Steps

  • Mix filling ingredients in a dish and marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Combine dough ingredients with 100g of water and let rest covered for 20 minutes.
  • Mix the dough again until smooth.
  • Roll plum-sized dough pieces into 5cm circles that are 5mm thick.
  • Place filling in the center and fold the dough around it.
  • Steam buns for 5 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
