Steps

  • Prepare a steamer on the hob.
  • Flatten the chicken breasts with a rolling pin and season with salt and pepper.
  • Steam the chicken for 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.
  • Mix coriander, ginger, spring onions, garlic, chilli, soy sauce, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl.
  • Heat the three oils in a pan and pour over the aromatic mixture.
  • Dish the noodles into bowls and top with sliced chicken and the dressing.
