Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Blend the herbs, garlic, and oil in a food processor until smooth.
  • Spread the herb liquid evenly over the pastry.
  • Place the wilted spinach on top of the pastry.
  • Roll the pastry from both ends until they meet and pinch to seal.
  • Slice the roll into 1cm thick pieces and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool slightly before serving.
