Method

Heat olive oil in a wok and fry onion, garlic, pepper, and okra for 4 minutes.

Add mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.

Add cooked rice and fry for 3 minutes until heated through.

Create a well in the center, add the egg, and stir until cooked.

Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and chilli relish for 2 minutes.

Mix in the parsley and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
