Steps

  • Heat olive oil in a wok and fry onion, garlic, pepper, and okra for 4 minutes.
  • Add mushrooms and fry for 2 minutes.
  • Add cooked rice and fry for 3 minutes until heated through.
  • Create a well in the center, add the egg, and stir until cooked.
  • Stir in soy sauce, sesame oil, and chilli relish for 2 minutes.
  • Mix in the parsley and serve garnished with lemon wedges.
