Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 150°C.
  • Shred the cabbage finely and discard the core.
  • Layer half the cabbage, half the onions, spices, and prunes in a casserole dish.

  • Mix the vinegar and sugar together and pour the mixture over the cabbage.
  • Top with the remaining butter knobs.
