Steps

  • Combine breadcrumbs, egg, crabmeat, flour, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes in a bowl.
  • Form the mixture into four patties and coat lightly with flour.
  • Fry patties in vegetable oil over medium heat for 4 minutes until golden-brown.
  • Heat sesame seeds, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper, and lime juice in a small pan.
  • Stir in chopped coriander and transfer the relish to a dipping bowl.
