Method

Preheat the oven to 170°C and line a tray with parchment paper.

Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a bowl over simmering water and let cool slightly.

Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla in a large bowl with an electric mixer until creamy.

Beat the melted chocolate mixture into the eggs, then incorporate flour, salt, and baking powder.
