Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Stir the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Mix in the yoghurt to form a soft dough.
  • Knead the dough on a floured surface for a few minutes until smooth.
  • Shape the dough into a round loaf and place on the tray.
  • Flatten the loaf slightly and cut a deep X into the top.
  • Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
