Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Roll the pastry to 3-4mm thickness and place in a 20cm fluted tart tin.
  • Beat the mascarpone, soft cheese, and sugar together until smooth.
  • Beat in the eggs one at a time.
  • Fold in the Snickers slices.
  • Pour the mixture into the tin and brush the pastry corners with milk.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 200°C, then 25 minutes at 180°C, and a final 20 minutes at 200°C.
  • Allow the pie to cool before serving.
