Steps

  • Heat a wok over high heat and add the vegetable oil, ginger, garlic, and chillies.
  • Stir-fry the aromatics for 2-3 minutes.
  • Whisk ketchup, sweet chilli sauce, hoisin sauce, fish sauce, 75ml of water, and sugar in a bowl.
  • Pour the sauce into the wok and bring to a boil.
  • Add 500g of crab and simmer for 3-4 minutes to warm through.
  • Stir in 300g of egg noodles, coriander, and lime juice.
