Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 240°C and place two tortillas on each greased baking tray.
  • Spray tortillas with oil and rub with the cut side of the garlic.
  • Spread tomatoes over tortillas leaving a 1.5cm border and top with chilli, cheese, and peppers.
  • Bake for 4 to 6 minutes until the tortillas are crisp and the cheese has melted.
  • Top with rocket, basil, salt, pepper, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil before serving.
