Steps

  • Roll the salmon slices in sesame seeds and shake off the excess.
  • Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the salmon for 3 to 4 minutes on each side until golden-brown.
  • Remove the salmon from the pan and set it aside.
  • Add soy sauce, orange juice, and lime juice to the same pan.
  • Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the liquid reduces slightly.
  • Stir in the chopped coriander to finish the dressing.
  • Place shredded spinach on a plate and top with the salmon.
  • Spoon the dressing over the fish and garnish with lime, dill, and coriander.
