Steps

  • Melt 30g of butter in a small pan or microwave.
  • Brush one filo sheet with butter, stack the second sheet on top, and brush again.
  • Cut the pastry layers into small triangles and sprinkle with ginger and sesame seeds.
  • Heat a frying pan with the remaining 30g of butter and fry triangles for 2 minutes per side.
  • Transfer the crisp sesame filo triangles to a dish to serve.
