Steps

  • Mix the filling ingredients together in a bowl.
  • Place 15ml of mixture onto the centre of each wonton wrapper.
  • Draw up the wrapper sides while leaving the top of the filling exposed.
  • Steam the dumplings over boiling water for 6 to 8 minutes.
  • Serve the dumplings immediately from the steamer basket.
