Steps

  • Mix the sausage meat, lime juice, and chopped coriander in a bowl.
  • Mould the mixture into three patties and dust them in the flour.
  • Fry the patties in a frying pan for 6 to 8 minutes until cooked through.
  • Combine onions, figs, brown sugar, and white wine vinegar in a separate pan.
  • Cook over low heat for 8 minutes until the mixture is soft and syrupy.
  • Serve the patties on a plate with the fig jam on the side.
