Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Bake sausages on trays for 20 minutes until golden-brown and let cool.
Cut sausages into small pieces and place in a large casserole dish.
Fry bacon for 5 minutes until crisp and add to the sausages.
Sauté onions in oil for 5 minutes until softened.
Add garlic and cook for 3 minutes until onions are golden-brown.
Stir in smoked paprika and cook for a few seconds.
Add stock, tomatoes, purée, sauce, sugar, and herbs to the pan and simmer.
Combine sauce with meat and simmer gently covered for 20 minutes.
Rinse beans, stir into casserole, and cook for 10 minutes until thickened.
