Steps

  • Heat the olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped onion for 4 minutes until softened.
  • Add the prepared sausage and greens and fry for another 4 minutes.
  • Blend the canned tomatoes in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add the blended tomatoes to the pan and simmer gently for 4 minutes.
  • Stir the chopped dill into the soup.
  • Serve the soup in a bowl topped with the Greek-style yoghurt.
