Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Heat a frying pan and brown the sausages for 8 minutes.
  • Add the onion and cook for 3 minutes before adding garlic and herbs for 2 more minutes.
  • Tear the bread into crumbs and mix with finely chopped parsley.
  • Mix butter beans, parsley, tomatoes, and stock into the pan and season with salt and pepper.
  • Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
  • Sprinkle crumbs over the top, drizzle with oil, and bake for 25 minutes until crisp.
