Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  • Heat oil in a large pan and fry garlic, onion, and bacon for 2-3 minutes.
  • Chop sausages into large chunks and add them to the pan.
  • Add wine, stock, beans, thyme, and tomatoes, then simmer for 8 minutes.
  • Stir in parsley, season, transfer to a dish, top with breadcrumbs, and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Mix grated apple with mashed potato, season, and shape into cakes.
  • Fry the potato cakes in butter and oil for 2-3 minutes per side.
