Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Place the salmon in the centre of the pastry sheet.
  • Mix the capers, red pepper, and mustard, then pile the mixture onto the salmon.
  • Brush the pastry edges with beaten egg and fold it to encase the salmon completely.
  • Brush the top of the pastry with the remaining egg.
  • Bake on a tray for 15 minutes until the pastry is golden.
  • Serve immediately on a warm plate.
