Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Bake the whole head of garlic for 30 to 45 minutes until the cloves are tender.
  • Squeeze the roasted garlic paste from the cloves into a food processor.
  • Add the double cream and half of the dill and pulse gently to combine.
  • Arrange the salmon on the crispbreads and top with the garlic cream and remaining dill.
