Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Melt the butter, sugar, and lemon juice together in an ovenproof frying pan over medium heat.
  • Add the pineapple chunks and stir well to coat.
  • Add the cinnamon and ginger then place the pan into the oven for 5-10 minutes until softened and browned.
  • Serve the pineapple in a bowl with a dollop of whipped cream.
