Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Cut the rhubarb into 15cm lengths.
  • Place rhubarb in a roasting tin with 125ml water and the sugar.
  • Roast until soft, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Cool and drain the rhubarb while reserving the cooking juices.
