Steps

  • Melt 25g butter with 50g sugar in an ovenproof saucepan and stir until combined.
  • Add the pear, orange, and chilli to the pan and mix well.
  • Place the pan in the oven and roast for 12 minutes.
  • Transfer the pears to a plate and drizzle with honey.
  • Serve with a scoop of ice cream, pour over the chocolate sauce, and garnish with mint.
