Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Cut a cross into the top of each fig and squeeze the bottom to open the fruit.
  • Stuff the blue cheese into the top of each fig.
  • Wrap two slices of Parma ham around the middle of each fig.
  • Place figs on a tray and bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese melts and ham is crisp.
  • Serve figs on rocket leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze and olive oil.
