Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • Place chickpeas, nuts, and seeds into a small pan.
  • Add lemon juice, water to cover, salt, and pepper.
  • Boil the mixture and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes before draining.
  • Spread on a flat tray and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, shaking occasionally.
  • Serve immediately or store in an airtight container.
