Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Blend flour, brown sugar, lime zest, butter, yoghurt, and baking powder in a food processor.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface and cut into three circles.
  • Griddle the scones for 5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  • Dissolve butter, caster sugar, and brown sugar in a pan, add nectarines, and bake for 8 minutes.
  • Remove nectarines, add cream and lemon juice to the pan, and heat gently.
  • Serve griddled scones topped with nectarines and the caramel sauce.
